Job Description
Mandatory Skills : GenAI Exposure, Data Modelling, Database Development, Data Warehouse Management, Data Strategy Development, End to end Data Architecture, Virtualization and Consumption layer expertiseLocation : RemoteResponsibilities :Develop and Implement Data Strategy :- Create and execute an organizational data strategy that aligns with business processes.- Design data models, establish database development standards, and manage data warehouses and analytics systems.Identify and Manage Data Sources :- Identify internal and external data sources.- Develop a data management plan that aligns with the overall data strategy.Coordinate with Cross-Functional Teams :- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure smooth functioning of the enterprise data system.Manage End-to-End Data Architecture :- Oversee the entire data architecture process, from platform selection and technical architecture design to application development, testing, and implementation.Develop Virtualization & Consumption Layers :- Build and manage virtualization and consumption layers.- Implement cost division strategies based on data consumption.Ensure Data Quality and Governance :- Establish and enforce data governance policies and standards.- Monitor data quality and implement processes to ensure data integrityEnsure Data Security and Compliance :- Implement data security measures to protect sensitive information.- Ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations and standards.Exposure to Gen-AI (Preferred) :- Leverage generative AI technologies for data-related tasks to enhance data processing and analytics capabilities.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics or similar field.- Highly analytical mindset, with an ability to see both the big picture and the details- Experience in building Virtualization & Consumption Layer.- Ideas how to divide costing based on consumption.- Exposure to Gen-Ai is added advantage.- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Proven track record of successful project management
