Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and technically proficient Sales Engineer with over 2 years of experience in Industrial Automation and related technologies. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of VFD (AC Drives), Soft-Starters, PLC, SCADA, IoT solutions, Switchgears, and have a passion for providing tailored solutions to industrial clients. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage relationships with industrial clients and channel partners. Understand client requirements and propose customized automation and IoT solutions. Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products/services to customers. Work with the engineering team to align solutions with client expectations. Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities. Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth strategy. Key Requirements: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Engineering or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales or Technical Support roles in Industrial Automation OR Similar 3 / 4 Years of experience if with Diploma. Strong technical knowledge in VFD (AC Drives), Soft-Starters, PLC, SCADA, IoT solutions, Switchgears, and control panels. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technical specifications and translate them into business value. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
