JOB TITLE: HR Executive

JOB PURPOSE:

To oversee recruitment, operations, employee engagement and organizational human resources policies. Be a part of HR management team be crucial to the organizations success.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews and conducting background checks
• Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases
• Help in addressing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts
• Assist in preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management
• Managing employee onboarding and separation processes
• Helping in implementing and managing HR policies and procedures
• Help in organising training programs for employees
• Maintain HR records

QUALIFICATION:

• 0.6 months to 2 years experience in recruitment/HR
• A Masters degree/PG Diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in MS-Office
