Job Description

Tech, Automations:

SAP & Applications:

  1. Manage SAP Core HR processes like Personnel Administration, Leave, and Time Management.
  2. Understand HR business requirements, document them, and work closely with the functional team to finalize configurations with the Tech team.
  3. Maintain and support existing SAP applications.
  4. Provide end-to-end support for Time Management applications (such as BIPO, ATOS) as a Super Admin

RPA:

  1. Utilize robotic process automation to manage HR processes using bots.
  2. Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within HR.
  3. Research and recommend innovative, automated approaches for system administration tasks.
  4. Monitor and maintain bots to ensure they function correctly and efficiently.
  5. Document RPA processes and maintain records of bot configurations and changes.
  6. Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate RPA solutions with existing systems.

Project Management: Independently manage and drive automation projects and current existing projects.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, B. Tech, BCA, MCA, or a related field; masters degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in HR systems, with expertise in SAP HR and automation (RPA).
  • Strong commitment to managing and delivering projects with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment.

Technical Skills:

  1. SAP HR Expertise:
    • Proficient in SAP HR modules (Personnel Administration, Leave, Time Management).
    • Understanding of SAP HR configurations and functionality.
    • Experience in maintaining and supporting SAP applications.
  2. Robotic Process Automation (RPA):
    • Knowledge of RPA tools and technologies.
    • Ability to design and manage bots for automating HR processes.
