Manage pre and post payroll activities for a US based ClientPayroll experience into US/InternationalDistribute employees pay accurately and on time through chosen channels such as banks and execute the distribution of earnings statements either manually through pay slips or electronically through company portals. What are we looking for? 1. Should be open to work on Multiple Shifts on rotational bases and extended shifts during payroll run.2. Should be open to work on every alternate Sunday's during Bi-Weekly Payroll run.3. The process would involve in depth interaction with the onshore SME s, various client contacts at various levels and client's employees4. Should be proficient with Office Tools like PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Visioa. Payroll Softwareb. Oraclec. Outlook mailbox/ Group mailboxd. MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visioe. Internet explorer:SharePoint Roles and Responsibilities: 1. End to End understanding of activities performed for assigned Client in US payroll domain2. In-depth understanding of Payroll processes supported by Accenture for different geographies3. Escalation and resolution point for team members with regards to process related queries4. Must have clear understanding of the existing matrices in the process, how they are measured and improvise the measurement system to makeit more effective and transparent. Detailed understanding of Process metrics e.g. SLA, OLA, KPI5. Understand the Risk associated with the process and the respective mitigation plan for each risk identified; Foresees and identify risks inadvance using prior payroll experience to mitigate risk before failure; highlight risks to supervisors that can not be mitigated6. Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues/problems.7. Raises relevant quality and/ or scope issues which may impact delivery and streamlines decision-making processes where possible8. Ensures progress, issues and agreements are properly documented and acted upon9. Ensure relevant process documents are readily availability and referenced while running day to day operations10. Ensure process documents including the LWI's are updated regularly11. Perform "Root Cause Analysis" on issues faces and suggest appropriate corrective action for current remediation and future control.12. Must be able to propose process improvement ideas which can reduce time, improved accuracy or enhance controlQualificationBCom
