Understand and analyze the business processes and requirements. Provide recommendations on the software solution that best fits the organization's needsConfigure, customize, and test the software system to meet the organization's requirementsProvide training and support to end-users on the software systemIdentify and resolve issues and defects in the software systemCollaborate with technical consultants and developers to ensure that the software system is implemented correctly and efficientlyDevelop documentation and user manuals for the software systemAssist in the sales process by providing demonstrations and presentations to potential clientsManage and lead projects related to the implementation of the software system. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
