Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining financial records, including general ledger accounts.
• Perform monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities. Prepare and

present financial statements/ MIS - such as P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flows.

• Managing and ensuing regular direct and indirect tax Compliances of the

organization.

• Developing and maintaining tax plans, robust compliance procedures and risk

assessment frameworks, to ensure effective tax and compliance management

• Stay updated with changes in tax laws and regulations in India and proactively

identify potential risks or opportunities for the organisation

• Managing IT assessments, Notices and Audits (DT and IDT)
• Leading the stakeholder management (Internal and external) for financial and tax

compliances

• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on financial issues, including

tax implications of business decisions and transactions

Preferred candidate profile

Chartered Accountant

Relevant Experience: 5-6 Years post qualification

Working knowledge of Tally and MS Office.
