Job Title: Hangar, Admin, and Terminal Building Manager (Aviation)
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise daily hangar operations, ensuring streamlined processes and efficiency.
- Oversee the training and performance of maintenance and administrative staff.
- Ensure full compliance with aviation safety and regulatory standards in all operational areas.
- Coordinate with flight operations for seamless maintenance scheduling.
- Supervise terminal building operations, including cleaning, security, and passenger services.
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools, parts, and equipment.
- Prepare and oversee budgets for hangar, administrative, and terminal functions.
- Foster a high-performing team environment by maintaining appropriate staffing levels and optimizing workflows.

- Leadership and team-building abilities.
- Proficiency in time management and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of safety compliance standards and aviation operations.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in aviation, engineering, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Relevant aviation certifications (DGCA, FAA or EASA) are preferable.
- Proven experience in managing hangar operations / terminal management, with a minimum of 15+ years in the aviation industry.
- Strong expertise in terminal building and administrative management.
- In-depth knowledge of aviation safety and maintenance regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
