Qualifications And Skills
Good communication and listening skills
Strong sales ability to convert enquiries into admissions
Proficiency in Excel and CRM software
Roles And Responsibilities
Brief course details to candidates and parents at the institute
Conduct tele-counseling of prospective students for relevant courses, creating walk-ins to the center
Handle tele-calling for lead generation and manage walk-in enquiries
Generate new references from students
Conduct in-house activities such as seminars and workshops
Daily follow-up on enquiries and fee collections
