Onboarding Experience Design:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design an engaging and effective onboarding experience for our software product tailored to different user profiles.
Create training materials and resources that facilitate a seamless transition for new users.
Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements within operations and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
Documentation Creation:
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including playbooks, newsletters, release notes, and presentations to support operational processes and projects.
Ensure that all documentation is clear, concise, and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
IAIO Team Operations Support:
Assist in organizing team operations by setting up agendas and coordinating logistics for various meetings, including OKR workshops, team huddles, leadership team meetings, and other events.
Maintain an organized calendar of events and ensure timely communication with participants regarding schedules and materials.
Qualifications
Education Work Experience Requirements:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology or a related field with at least 3+ years work experience; or Master s degree in relevant field, with 2+ years work experience.
Skillset:
Candidates must have -
Experience in business analysis, documentation, or operational support.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to priorities.
Tech-savvy, understand technical terminologies
Advanced Microsoft PPT skills
