About The Role
As a Bid Manager your main goal is to lead the End-to-End bid process, from indicative offers to binding proposals, ensuring strong governance. This role combines project management, commercial development, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and effective communication across verticals and service lines in the BPS industry.
Key tasks include managing the RFP response process, crafting quality submissions, and ensuring precision in bid-related activities. You will build relationships with stakeholders, implement quality assurance for responses, and manage bid collateral within an internal tool. Qualifications include bid management experience, familiarity with RFP tools, strong communication skills, and a successful track record. BPO Pre-sales experience is essential, and APMP/Shipley certification is preferred.
