About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Lead Engineer .Net Full Stack to join our technology team. You will be responsible for end-to-end development of secure, high-performance web applications. This is a leadership-level role where you will drive technical decisions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver innovative digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of .NET-based full stack applications.
  
• Architect scalable and maintainable web applications.
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, DevOps).
  
• Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
  
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  
• Integrate applications with SSO/LDAP systems.
  
• Participate in release planning and CI/CD processes.

• Microsoft .NET Framework (2.0/3.5/4.0)
