The Role:
Facilitating alignment between global and local TR programs.
Supporting the regional Total Rewards projects, activities for APAC region.
Supporting the implementation of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs related analysis across APAC teams.
Managing the day-to-day aspects of compensation and benefits programs, including salary adjustments, performance bonuses Supporting in Compensation & Benefits surveys to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and internal policies related to compensation and benefits.
Managing stakeholders from delivery and HR teams, communications and query resolutions. Collaborating with global Total Rewards team members to ensure smooth implementation of the Compensation & Benefits reviews.
