Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

Counselling prospective candidates over the telephone and converting walk in candidates into real time admissions.
Conversion of Leads into Admissions with a much higher conversion rate.
To promote the Centre and ensuring higher conversion of leads into admissions.
The candidate would be responsible for ensuring maximum conversion of inquiries into admissions and exceeding individual targets.
Has to take necessary initiatives for ensuring over and above expectation of admissions are being achieved.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Preference to be given to candidates with high Sales closure Acumen.
Candidates with proven excellent track record from Education Industry handling High Value Course Fee's / Jewelry Segment / High Value Fashion Accessories Brand with a killer instinct attitude would be preferred.
Need to Possess excellent presence of mind and capable of closing any leads.
ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES NEED TO APPLY.
Need to be highly presentable and has to possess impressive personality with excellent communication & convincing skill with a strong capability of understanding the target audience requirement.
Must be fluent in Languages English, Hindi and Bengali.
Excellent closure skills.
Need to possess go -getter attitude with a burning desire of exceeding the expected performance.
