Job Description

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Engineer to
    join our growing team in the Process Instrumentation industry. The ideal
    candidate will combine strong technical knowledge with excellent sales
    and interpersonal skills to support customers, promote products, and
    drive business growth. This role is open to both freshers and
    experienced professionals.
    Key Responsibilities:

        Develop a deep understanding of process instrumentation products
    such as pressure, temperature, flow, and level measurement devices,
    analyzers, and control systems.
        Identify customer needs and propose suitable instrumentation
    solutions based on application requirements.
        Generate leads, nurture relationships, and convert prospects into
    customers.
        Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support, including
    product selection, application guidance, and troubleshooting.
        Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to
    clients.
        Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, service, logistics) to
    ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
        Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer
    interactions, and market intelligence.
        Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to regional
    business development.
        Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer training
    sessions.

    Requirements:
    Education:

        Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation Engineering, Electronics,
    Mechanical, or related field.

    Experience:

        0 to 8 years of experience in technical sales, application
    engineering, or service roles within the process automation or
    instrumentation domain.
        Fresh graduates with strong technical understanding and excellent
    communication skills are encouraged to apply.

    Skills:

        Strong understanding of process instrumentation and industrial
    applications.
        Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
        Ability to understand client needs and translate them into technical
    solutions.
        Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
        Willingness to travel as required.

    Preferred:

        Familiarity with industry sectors such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals,
    Pharma, Water & Wastewater, Food & Beverage, Power, etc.
