We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our automobile dealership/manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in administrative functions, vendor coordination, facility management, and support services.
Handle all administrative tasks including office supplies procurement, filing systems, and internal communications.
Coordinate facility management activities such as maintenance, security, housekeeping, and utilities.
Assist HR and Finance departments in documentation, onboarding formalities, and records management.
Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Maintain and update company records, employee data, and administrative reports.
Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
Monitor office expenses and maintain budgetary controls on administrative costs.
Support the operations team with logistics and fleet management where required.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and statutory obligations.
Manage front-office reception duties and communication channels when necessary.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing sector.
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Familiarity with administrative systems and facility coordination.
Experience in dealership operations or automotive plant settings.
Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
