    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our automobile dealership/manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with experience in administrative functions, vendor coordination, facility management, and support services.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle all administrative tasks including office supplies procurement, filing systems, and internal communications.

    • Coordinate facility management activities such as maintenance, security, housekeeping, and utilities.

    • Assist HR and Finance departments in documentation, onboarding formalities, and records management.

    • Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

    • Maintain and update company records, employee data, and administrative reports.

    • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.

    • Monitor office expenses and maintain budgetary controls on administrative costs.

    • Support the operations team with logistics and fleet management where required.

    • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards, and statutory obligations.

    • Manage front-office reception duties and communication channels when necessary.


    Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.

    • 2+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the automobile or manufacturing sector.

    • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

    • Familiarity with administrative systems and facility coordination.


    Preferred:

    • Experience in dealership operations or automotive plant settings.

    • Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.).
