- Job Title: General Manager Constructions Location: Jodhpur, Rajasthan Industry: Real Estate & Construction Experience: 15+ years (with minimum 5 years in a senior leadership role) Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (MBA preferred) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven General Manager Constructions to lead and oversee all construction activities across our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, execution, and delivery of residential and commercial developments while ensuring timelines, budgets, quality, and compliance standards are met. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end construction operations of multiple projects. Develop project execution strategies in alignment with company goals. Monitor project timelines, resource planning, budgets, and deliverables. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements. Liaise with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless coordination. Implement robust project management and quality control systems. Optimize construction methodologies for cost-efficiency and speed. Provide leadership and direction to project managers, engineers, and site teams. Monitor construction progress through regular site visits and reporting. Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained across sites. Drive innovation in construction technology and materials. Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Legal, Finance, etc.) to ensure project viability. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong technical knowledge in civil engineering and construction. Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multiple high-value projects. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities. Strategic thinking with attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Sound understanding of real estate regulations and construction bylaws. Effective communication and stakeholder management. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in large-scale residential and/or commercial real estate projects. Familiarity with ERP systems and construction project management tools.
