Job Description
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up with existing customers to offer travel services.
- Assist customers with travel inquiries, including bookings, cancellations, changes, and special requests.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting travel services to customers.
- Maintain a professional and friendly relationship with clients and provide personalized service.
- Handle customer complaints, queries, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Update and maintain customer records and ensure all information is accurately entered into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth booking processes and customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience as a Tele-Sales Representative or in a customer service role. Travel industry experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems, CRM tools, and basic office software. Experience of working with SaaS is preferred.
- Ability to handle customer objections and convert inquiries into bookings.
