Serve as the internal subject matter expert (SME) for the companys ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, etc.). Collaborate with departments (production, engineering, finance, procurement) to understand workflows and optimize ERP modules. Customize and configure ERP software to meet business needs, ensuring system integrity and performance. Monitor and troubleshoot ERP system issues, including user errors, process inefficiencies, and data inconsistencies. Assist in data migration, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making processes. Provide first-level support to ERP users and coordinate with external vendors for advanced troubleshooting. Lead or support ERP-related projects such as module upgrades, system rollouts, or process automation. Ensure system documentation, user manuals, and training materials are up to date. Train employees on ERP usage, ensuring best practices and efficient use of the system. Maintain compliance with internal controls and IT/security standards. Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 1+ years of experience in ERP systems support or implementation, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors.
