Hi kindly find below Job Description Role : System Specialist - Roof and Podium with Landscape Waterproofing Position Overview: The System Specialist for Roof and Podium with Landscape Waterproofing should be self-sufficient to handle all technical matters regards to specification and solutions. This position should have expertise in construction experience, waterproofing materials, installation techniques, quality control, and compliance with industry standards. This position will be responsible for developing knowledge base approach for Roof and Podium with Landscape waterproofing system spanning over execution expertise covering to address the full solution requirements. Key Responsibilities Technical Expertise: Creating technical documents comprises of drawings construction methods / process, waterproofing as per latest ECBC standards requirements for roof & Podium slabs landscape waterproofing. Provide technical knowledge and recommendations on waterproofing systems for roofs, podiums, and landscaped areas. Ensure the selection and application of appropriate materials to suit project requirements. Stay updated on the latest technologies and best practices in waterproofing to implement in contributing to NPD & product modifications . 2. Project Management: Review project designs and specifications to ensure compatibility with waterproofing solutions. Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to address technical requirements. Plan and oversee the installation process of critical projects of key accounts to ensure timely delivery and execution. Projects trouble shooting during and post execution to resolve any defects, failures, or discrepancies of roof and podium slab landscape waterproofing. 3. Training and Support: Train on-site teams on waterproofing installation techniques and safety protocols. Act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and technical support during and after project completion. 4.Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Qualifications and Skills: Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Minimum of 10 to 15 years of experience in projects execution and waterproofing systems for roofs, podiums, and landscaped areas. Proven track record in managing and executing similar projects. Technical Skills: In-depth knowledge of execution of projects, construction methods, waterproofing materials such as membranes, coatings, sealants, and drainage systems. Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO) and construction codes. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Work Environment: On-site & projects visit. Require travel to various project locations.,
