Job Description
- Job Summary We are seeking a Developer with 3 to 10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in OpenText xPression and a good understanding of data governance. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required. The candidate will contribute to our projects by developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions that align with our companys goals and impact society positively. Responsibilities Develop and maintain software solutions using OpenText xPression to meet project requirements and deadlines. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements. Provide technical expertise in the design and implementation of software solutions ensuring high performance and scalability. Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues providing timely support to ensure minimal disruption to project timelines. Participate in the full software development lifecycle including planning development testing and deployment. Create and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing development and maintenance efforts. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve skills and knowledge. Ensure data governance principles are integrated into software solutions to maintain data integrity and compliance. Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies. Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions that align with the companys goals and positively impact society. Qualifications * Possess strong technical skills in OpenText xPression with a minimum of 3 years of experience. Have a good understanding of data governance principles and their application in software development. Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. Show proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices. Demonstrate effective communication skills both written and verbal to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Have experience with full software development lifecycle including planning development testing and deployment. Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies. Possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work model. Show a strong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work. Have experience with technical documentation and the ability to create and maintain it effectively. Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing potential issues before they impact project timelines. Demonstrate the ability to mentor and guide junior developers fostering a collaborative team environment. Show a commitment to delivering software solutions that align with the companys goals and positively impact society.,
