Experience in School ERP or College ERP Implementation (Mandatory) Learn Edchemy software modules & features Understand customer requirements Responding to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email Identifying customer needs and helping customers use specific features Learn to configure the requirements in Edchemy software Create training materials & train the users Maintain Customer Satisfaction & Build strong relationship with customers Conduct Monthly and Quarterly review meetings with customer Meeting regularly with clients to discuss issues and progress on the project. Create implementation documents and share with stakeholders Designing the layout of reports or other documents to meet client specifications.
