Role Overview: We are looking for creative, detail-oriented Architects to join our dynamic team in Davanagere. As an Architect at Urban Living Properties, you will play a key role in designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of projects that define the skyline and lifestyle of tomorrow. Key Responsibilities: Develop innovative and functional architectural designs for residential and commercial projects. Create detailed construction drawings, plans, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Photoshop. Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure designs meet expectations and project goals. Conduct site visits to guide laborers and ensure construction aligns with approved designs. Coordinate with vendors and consultants for materials, structural inputs, and approvals. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, building codes, and technologies. Manage project timelines efficiently to ensure timely delivery of designs and site executions. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. 2+years of experience (freshers with strong portfolios are also encouraged to apply). Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion, V-Ray, and Adobe Suite. Strong creativity, visual awareness, and technical drawing skills. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Passion for design excellence, attention to detail, and problem-solving attitude.
