Senior QA - Manual Tester @ Harshvani Global

Job Description

Description You will be required to oversee all aspects of software and product testing within the company. This may include developing test strategies, drawing up test documents, identifying faults, and reviewing QA reports DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Meeting with the software/product designers to determine quality assurance parameters. Writing & reviewing Test cases Overseeing the drafting of testing documents. Leading the QA team in designing QA test procedures. Implementing testing procedures and overseeing the QA process. Troubleshooting quality issues and modifying test procedures. Conducting analysis checks on product specifications. Test Reporting Reviewing Quality Assurance reports. Responding to requests from the design team and management. Identifying software application weaknesses and target areas. Sketching out ideas for automated software test procedures. Collaborating with the design team to solve application faults. Defect Reporting and Tracking using any Defect Management Tool. Modifying Tests and performing Re & Regression Testing. Requirements At least 8 years of experience as a QA. Proficiency in manual testing and having experience in blockchain is preferable Managerial experience preferred. High-level analytical skills. Advanced written and verbal communication skills. Critical thinker. Detail-oriented. Understand the application from End to End ( From Data intake to Application output) Familiar with Test behavior-driven development. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Knowledge/Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process. Some experience of software programming or strong interest in learning this area,
