Job Description

    Job Title: Installation Engineer Key Responsibilities: Assemble mechanical / Electronic components according to design drawings and instructions. Communicate effectively with manufacturing vendors. Ensure quality assurance throughout the entire production process. Manage the production team to meet scheduled goals and deadlines. Plan, schedule, direct, and execute production activities efficiently. Develop cost-effective strategies to maintain exceptional business practices. Adapt to market changes and respond promptly to customer demands. Stay updated with market and industry trends. Additional Duties: Assess vendor performance and compliance with company standards. Maintain sufficient inventory levels and route supplies to the appropriate departments. Manage vendor billing and disbursements. Provide onsite support for installation and commissioning of systems. Qualifications: Education: A bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience or technical certifications may also be considered. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of mechanical systems. Ability to perform electro-mechanical assembly, disassembly, and maintenance of robotic systems. Familiarity with tools and manufacturing processes. Problem-Solving Skills: Proven ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with customers and collaborating with team members. Customer Focus: Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and building positive relationships. Ability to meet defined turnaround times (TAT). Adaptability: Ability to adapt to different work environments, and challenges. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data, system performance metrics, and technical documentation. Time Management: Effective time management skills to ensure timely completion of service tasks. Drivers License: Valid driver's license with a willingness to travel is mandatory . Office Timings: 9 AM to 7 PM (Sunday OFF) Experience: Candidates with 1 year of hands-on experience will be preferred in the same field.
