Job Description

Manage and maintain the colleges entire IT infrastructure (servers, network, internet, systems, and data security). Oversee installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking equipment. Monitor cybersecurity and implement security protocols for data protection and privacy. Support digital classrooms, smart boards, biometric systems, and CCTV surveillance. Handle student and faculty technical issues, manage helpdesk tickets. Coordinate with vendors for AMC, procurement, and maintenance contracts.
