Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage IT assets, hardware inventory, maintenance schedules, and disposal procedures.
• Provide technical support to end-users on desktop issues, troubleshooting problems with laptops, printers, etc.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs or replacement of faulty equipment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies regarding asset management.

Job Requirements :

• 1-8 years of experience in IT Hardware Asset Management or related field.
• Strong understanding of hardware asset management principles and practices.
• Proficiency in managing multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
