We currently have vacancies for Bid Managers to perform the following functions: Partner across the organization to develop and maintain Service Offering, Use Case or Delivery Enablement collateral which can be used within Client Proposals and/or RFP responses. Manage the process for consolidating resource Family/Role and Rate information and periodically updating the Global Rate Card. Ensuring that this GRC is used within each Commercial Proposal. Participating in the Proposal Preparation process, with specific responsibility for the construction of the overall Commercial Proposal and ensuring completeness and consistency across all contribution areas. Responsible for translating the Proposal into a Statement of Work, ensuring consistency between the two and ensuring that Commercial Terms are well understood and in compliance with our Pricing and Risk Management policies. Ensuring that all teams are represented and participating effectively. Managing the end-to-end Proposal timeline, including Delivery/Sales and Deal Review Meetings. Reporting on portfolio status and escalations as required.
The strongest candidates will have as many of the following as possible: MBA from a premier Institute 3+ years of overall professional work experience Must have worked in a similar role, preferably within one of our competitors Detailed experience in the Software Services Industry and deep understanding of Commercial constructs and their appropriate use and corresponding risk/cost mitigation. Experienced developing project plans and estimates at high level independently and detailed level with input from others Strong project and/or process management skill Detailed oriented, hands on, able to report status backed up by facts Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams Strong communication and interpersonal skills and able to work with a variety of stakeholders and cross-functional teams Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with team members and audiences of all levels
