We are currently hiring for Data Entry for our client.
Job Title: Data Entry Operator
Location: Nagole, Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-Time & Permanent
Department: Administration / Accounts / Data Management
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and computer-savvy Data Entry Operator to accurately input, update, and manage data in our systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Tally ERP, be proficient in MS Office applications, and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update accurate data into Tally and internal databases.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare reports and spreadsheets as required.
- Reconcile financial data and maintain daily logs using Tally.
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Assist in basic accounting and inventory entries in Tally.
- Support administrative tasks and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in Tally ERP (including voucher entry, ledger management, GST, and inventory management).
- Strong command of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Familiarity with data entry procedures and confidentiality standards.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Certification or diploma in Tally or Computer Applications is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in data entry or a similar role.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with cloud-based data systems or ERP software.
- Knowledge of document scanning and digital records management.
- Familiarity with CRM or database systems is an advantage.
