Job Description

** MALAYALAM || ENHLISH || HINDI SPEAKING CANDIDATES**

Role & responsibilities


Handle inbound calls and provide assistance to postpaid and prepaid customers regarding their account inquiries, billing issues, and service problems. Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing accurate information and offering appropriate solutions in a timely manner. Educate customers on available plans, features, and promotions to enhance their service experience and increase customer satisfaction.


Preferred candidate profile


Handle inbound calls and provide assistance to postpaid and prepaid customers regarding
their account inquiries, billing issues, and service problems.

Resolve customer complaints and issues by providing accurate information and offering
appropriate solutions in a timely manner.

Educate customers on available plans, features, and promotions to enhance their service
experience and increase customer satisfaction.

Maintain customer records by updating account information.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.

Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.

Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive
communication.
