Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage front office operations, ensuring a smooth check-in/check-out process for guests.
  • Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly via phone calls or in-person.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, including registration forms and billing information.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are cleaned and ready for occupancy.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management (IHM) or equivalent qualification.
  • 3-5 years of experience in hospitality industry (front desk/receptionist activities).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
