Job Description

Role & responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business targets for Home Loans (HL), LAP (Loan Against Property), Affordable Loan, Mortgage, and other related products.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue growth in the assigned region.
  
• Build strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive business opportunities.
  
• Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to identify areas of improvement and provide coaching/training as needed.
  
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform product development and pricing strategies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 10-18 years of experience in regional sales management or similar role .
  
• Proven track record of achieving significant revenue growth through effective leadership and strategy execution.
  
• Strong understanding of housing loan/LAP/mortgage/prime loan products.
