Tech Lead / Technical Architect - 2
Experience - 8- 15+ years
Location- Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai

We develop enterprise level platform for US schools and colleges like ERP systems, CRM systems, learning management systems, student information system.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality code that meets the business requirements in a timely manner
- Participate in, and contribute to, technical discussions for development framework strategies
- Understand and follow standards, guidelines, and best practices adopted in the project
- Technical demonstration of self developed components
- Contribute to the successful implementation of the project.
- Work with the team to learn the processes and business and mentor fellow team members if needed


Skills Required

- The candidate should have experience in US/UK Client interaction
- Must have strong Experience Java-J2EE/ Core Java
- Should be good at frameworks like Struts /Spring/Hibernate
- Must be well versed with Servlets, JSP
- Involved in development of RESTful web service implementations.
- Experience in JQuery, Ext JS will be a plus
- Should be well verse with MYSQL
- Experience in Maven, Ant or ANt IVY.
- Excellent Communication Skill
- Experience in Junit, Mockito, PowerMockito will be a plus
- Familiar with standard SDLC and Agile processes, OOAD, UML, TDD, DDD.
