We are inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate Customer Setup Analyst Responsibilities Customer on boarding process- Setting up new and updating existing customers. Making sure to adhere to company policy for new customer set up. A customer master Analyst is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate customer data within an organizations Systems. This role involves ensuring data integrity, updating customer records, resolving discrepancies, and collaborating with various departments to enhance overall customer information quality. Additionally customer master Analyst needs to contribute to the development and implementation of data management process and policies. Perform timely analysis on prospects and existing commercial customers. Ensure new customer information are adherence to compliance KYC policies. Customer master data will be created in the organizations various ERP. Setup Credit limits and Credit control parameters if any. Navigate effectively within multiple tools, receivable systems, and internal processes to deliver accurate and timely customer data maintenance. Maintain high standards of data quality within the data sets for customer master data models and external reporting. Support seamless new client onboarding and meeting ongoing service level agreement requirements. Providing Customer master data reports on regular basis/based requirements Other tasks assigned by Manager or applicable leadership. Qualifications we seek in you! Minimum Qualifications: University graduate in a related field (Economic/Accounting and Finance studies is an advantage) Excellent command of English Experience in credit risk management and analysis, setting up customers in various ERPs Proficient understanding of the customer on boarding documents (PO/agreement) Hands on experience in ERPs Industrial product and industry knowledge, commercial risk management or lending experience is a plus.
