Performance Management Specialist @ Circlechess India

Job Description

We're seeking a hands-on performance marketer to own and operate paid growth across Meta and Google Ads. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, outcome-oriented environments and knows how to turn ad budgets into real business

You will lead everything from impression growth to lead funnel optimization across platforms, creatives, copy, and landing pages.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Drive scalable lead generation with sharp focus on CPL efficiency and conversion quality
• Optimize across the funnel ads, landing pages, creative assets, audience segments, and messaging
• Run A/B tests for ad copy, creatives, and placements to identify high-performing combinations
• Collaborate with design and content teams to align creative direction with performance insights
• Monitor performance, analyze trends, and iterate fast to meet aggressive growth KPIs
• Own weekly/monthly performance reporting and insights for leadership

Requirements

• 13 years of direct experience managing Meta Ads + Google Ads end-to-end
• Proven ability to scale lead volumes and reduce Cost per Lead (CPL)
• Hands-on with Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4, and landing page optimization tools
• Sharp analytical mindset and high comfort with numbers
• Highly autonomous, proactive, and execution-driven
• Background in edtech/D2C/startups is a plus
