Role & responsibilities

Microsoft Power Automate Developer Skills and Qualifications Needed:

• 1+ years building and supporting SharePoint sites with Lists, Libraries, and Webparts
• 1+ years building forms and workflows Experience creating business applications
• 1+ years building PowerApps and Power Automate (formerly Flow)
• Knowledge of SharePoint structures, site collection administration, and permission

models

• Good understanding of HTML, JavaScript, XML, jQuery, SharePoint REST API's and

SQL

• Experience with SharePoint online
• Experience implementing SharePoint online solutions using PowerApps and Power

Automate (formerly Flow)

• Able to work with end business partners to identify and document desired requirements

and translate into SharePoint solutions following industry best practices

• Proven ability to develop and optimize integrated business processes across disparate

systems

• Ability to automate business processes by creating applications and workflows with

Power Apps and related Microsoft tools and services (Power Automate, Common Data

• Service, SharePoint, Azure SQL Database)
• Familiarity with agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum
• Excellent client-facing written and oral communications skills
• Strong business acumen Web services development experience
• In depth experience with SharePoint features and capabilities, UI, form development, and

workflow tools is required

• Ability to assist in incident management related to SharePoint end user issues
• Ability to coordinate QA and User Acceptance Testing for implemented solutions
• Ability to train business users on developed solutions
• Experience with SDLC processes and procedures
