Job Description
Job Overview:
As an ETL Developer at Bendito Soft Tech, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the data flow processes across the organization. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining ETL pipelines that ensure seamless data extraction from multiple sources, transformation into relevant formats, and loading into target systems for analysis and operational use. Your expertise will ensure data quality, consistency, and availability, enabling informed decision-making and supporting data-driven strategies across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, Test, and Maintain ETL Processes: Build, manage, and optimize ETL pipelines for data extraction, transformation, and loading, ensuring they meet organizational requirements and performance standards.
- Data Integration and Consistency: Design and implement data integration solutions to ensure seamless data consistency and quality across systems, with a focus on accurate data flow between different environments.
- Data Quality Monitoring and Validation: Continuously monitor and validate data quality, addressing any inaccuracies or inconsistencies in a timely manner, to maintain the reliability of data used across the organization.
- System-to-System Integration Using Backend APIs: Develop and manage system-to-system integrations, specifically leveraging backend APIs of HRM systems, to ensure seamless data synchronization and real-time data availability.
- Documentation and Compliance: Document ETL processes and workflows thoroughly to ensure clarity and continuity. Maintain adherence to data governance policies and security standards to protect data integrity and confidentiality.
Requirements:
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Python for ETL scripting.
- Experience with data integration using APIs, particularly in HRM systems.
- Familiarity with SQL to perform basic operations and connect to databases using Python.
- Basic fundamental knowledge of Azure cloud services
