We are looking for a Quality Assurance Tester Intern to join our dynamic team who thrives in a demanding, fast-moving environment.
*This is a paid internship position
What you will do as our new Quality Assurance Tester Intern:
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
- Work hand in hand with developers and product managers to understand new features to determine the testing scope.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
- Design, develop, and execute automation scripts.
- Assisting in converting costly manual tests into low-maintenance efficient test automation
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs.
Heres What Youll Bring to the Role:
- Strong Understanding of SDLC and Agile concepts
- Strong test definition and execution skills
- Strong knowledge of Quality assurance principles and best practices
- Strong communication and documentation skills in English and French
- Knowledge of SQL
- Knowledge of Visual Studio C#
- Good Analysis, problem-solving, time management skills
- Experience in functional, user interface, system integration, and Nonfunctional testing
- Experience with user interface testing tools is an asset.
- Experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst on web applications is an asset.
- Experience in automation test; Selenium WebDriver is an asset.
- Experience with performance testing tools is an asset.
Qualification:
- Engineering or MCA graduates from the 2023 and 2024 batches.
- CGPA of 7 and above, with no backlogs or standing arrears.
- Formal training in software testing, along with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and tools.
