Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Project Manager Apparel Manufacturing to join our team at KAZO. This role is crucial in overseeing and driving project execution across our manufacturing operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing or factory operations, with proven experience in managing projects, coordinating with vendors, and leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee end-to-end execution of manufacturing projects, from planning to implementation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams (production, quality, maintenance, etc.) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure optimal efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Identify risks and troubleshoot issues to minimize delays and maintain production flow.
- Maintain documentation and prepare regular project status reports for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout project execution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the factory to enhance productivity and performance.
Qualifications:
- 9+ years of experience in project management within apparel manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
