Production Executive / Senior Officer (SPF Egg & Egg section ) @ Hester

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the clean Egg Section to ensure cleanliness and proper handling of eggs.
• Monitor egg receipt, screening, storage, and incubation activities while coordinating with interdepartmental teams.
• Perform activities such as candling, inoculation, harvest inactivation, and sampling.
• Ensure routine documentation, ERP entries, and review of documents for accuracy and compliance.
• Manage all equipment used in the Module and Pre-Incubation areas, ensuring proper functioning and maintenance.
