Job Description
Main Tasks
We are seeking a strong Real Estate Co-Ordinator with a background of having worked in Corporate Real Estate Function in BFSI sector with hands-on experience with respect to processes involving acquisition of premises for Companys Branches in the region. Should have experience of monitoring several premises acquisitions & paperwork related to them.
Should be current regarding the market trends and rental landscape of the areas in focus.
Also, co-ordinate among multiple stake holders for quick rollout in form of Branches, Regional/Zonal Offices etc.
Areas of Responsibility
- Co-ordinCoordinatesates for all Real Estate Management Activities for Branch Expansion projects consisting of New Branches, and/or shifting branches/ RO/ZO etc. in the region.
- Plays a consultative role to help put in place the appropriate processes and tools to optimize the efficiency of real estate acquisition and sending necessary spe cific advisories to all the stakeholders within the company.
- Ensure the proposals for the branch/ offices are properly screened and shortlisted before it is recommended for management approval.
- To expedite and have a faster turnaround time for lease execution by managing the necessary documentation/TSR and LL coordination.
- Will be a key link between Infra & Business team for premises acquisition and will play a key role with respect to negotiations and paperwork involved in sourcing of a premise.
- Brief brokers, consultants and other external agencies on the companys requirements, and instruct them on the framework of operations both legal and financial within which all bodies will perform
- Ensure that negotiations are in place with all external bodies and the best result is achieved for the company on all fronts, i.e. cost, quality and time.
- Will act as a check post to ensure all Infra related requirements has been communicated and agreed with the Lessors as per checklist for every acquisition.
- To critically examine the proposals given by external agencies, field teams and liaise with the Business Heads and the regional premises managers and to advise on any inadequacies in documentation and ensure that implementation is in line with guidelines laid down by the company.
- Supports end-to-end execution of the branch infrastructure.
- MIS-Reporting to the senior management.

Any Additional Legal qualification if any will be a plus point but not mandatory.

Personal Specification
Educational Qualification / Technical Certification
Bachelors/Post graduate Degree with at least 5 to 7 years + of Corporate Real Estate Management Experience in BFSI sector
Skill Sets
- Adequate knowledge of both pre contract and post contract rights/obligation in real estate sector.
- Very strong market intelligence.
- Hands on ability to implement management vision.
- An independent worker who is also a team player and has good communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to make decisions and act on the same.
- Experience and know-how of basic accounting and administrative skills and managerial abilities.
- An achiever who can strategize as well as implement, a motivator, a go-getter, a planner, a negotiator with a will to win and has the resilience to see things through.
- Extensive network: - Possess a broad and well-established network of brokers and real estate agents across India.
Communication Skills
Excellent communication Skills English, Hindi language fluency - both verbal and written.
Experience
An experienced Corporate Real Estate Manager (5-7 yrs.) with previous experience in realty sourcing and adequate legal knowledge effecting such sourcing.

Should be able to work as a team player without authority and formal leadership role; strong interpersonal skills including collaborating, and team building; creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the big picture view
Other Requirements (If any)
Working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint and email. Should be open to travel based on the requirements of the company.
