Job Description
RPA Developer
Position Overview: The Advanced RPA Expert will play a crucial role in designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining UiPath-based automation solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for understanding business processes, identifying automation opportunities, and implementing scalable solutions that drive productivity and reduce manual efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Assessment and Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for automation. Conduct detailed process assessments to determine feasibility and ROI for automation projects.
UiPath Development: Design and develop end-to-end automation solutions using UiPath, ensuring adherence to best practices and industry standards. Create and configure UiPath robots, workflows, and orchestrations to meet business requirements.
Solution Implementation: Lead the implementation of UiPath automation projects from initiation to deployment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions with existing systems and applications.
Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing of UiPath workflows to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance. Implement debugging and troubleshooting practices to identify and resolve issues promptly.
UiPath Installation and Configuration: Lead the installation and configuration of UiPath Studio on development machines. Install UiPath Robot on target machines where automation workflows will be executed. Ensure seamless integration with UiPath Orchestrator for centralized management and monitoring.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation for all UiPath automation projects, including process flows, technical specifications, and user guides.
Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support teams on using UiPath automation solutions. Offer ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed robots to ensure continuous performance.
Stay Updated on UiPath and RPA Trends:
Keep abreast of the latest developments in UiPath and RPA technologies. Propose and implement enhancements to existing automation processes based on emerging technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Advanced certification in UiPath is mandatory.
- Good development experience in Blue Prism is a plus.
- Proficiency in Power Automate is a plus.
- Solid understanding of RPA concepts and best practices.
- Excellent programming and scripting skills (C#, Python, or other relevant languages).
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
