Location: Gurgaon

Qualifications & Skills

Must haves

• Graduate(B.Tech/BE/MCA/BCA/MSc/BSc-Computer Science) or equivalent academic qualification
• Overall 4-6 years experience of software development & monitoring.
• Minimum 3-years experience in Automation Anywhere AA360 & V11 and Knowledge of RPA best practices
• Understanding of SQL best practices required.
• Documenting the automation procedure.
• Excellent knowledge of Software development life cycle
• Excellent Communication Skills-Written and Verbal

Nice to Have

• Awareness of DevOps, Agile, Kanban
• Knowledge of Visual Basic, C#, .Net Framework, HTML, Java Script,Python.
• Experience in other RPA tool is an added advantage
• Knowledge of source code management tools are an added advantage.

Technical Requirements

• Prior experience of 2+ yrs having implementing RPA bots using Automation Anywhere AA360.
• Should have prepared Process Design Document(PDD) & Solution Design Document (SDD)
• Knowledge to analyze log details available in control room after implementing development or testing phase.
• Creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT phases
• Should have experience with Scheduler and trigger of task from AA client and control room
• Ability to analysis root cause for an error
• Experience working in fast-paced agile environments and cross-functional team
• Ensure that automated processes can be audited and traced.
• Tier 1/2/3 support
• Good experience in Performance tuning of the RPA Bot
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Willing to work in 24*7 Rotational Shifts
• Manages production support issues
• Maintain and monitor processes post-launch for optimal response time in the event of production problems, as well as taking all necessary action
