Senior Executive- International Ticketing @ Aircruise Travels

Job Description

• Candidate having Min 2-year experience of working in a Corporate Travel Company.
• Interaction with Corporate Clients for their International/Domestic Ticketing requirement.
• Attend queries on phone/E- mails
• Reservation and Ticketing on CRS- Galileo, Online Portal.
• Itinerary and fare construction.
• Re-issuing tickets towards date change penalties, upgrades and re-routing involved.
• Coordinating with Airlines regarding any Reservation Issues.
• Assist in booking Hotels and VISA requirements.
• Handling Foreign Exchange and Travel insurance.
• Handling web Check-ins and seat allocation.Role & responsibilities
