Responsible for acquiring NTF (New to Firm) clients, Revenue generation and Maintanance of Relationship with HNI/UHNI & Corporate clients and offer wealth advisory services.
Need to ensure growth of AUM or book size.
Sales Strategy Development:
Creating and implementing comprehensive sales plans aligned with company objectives, including market analysis, target identification, and pricing strategies.
Performance Monitoring:
Tracking sales activity, analyzing sales data, and identifying areas for improvement through regular performance reviews.
Pipeline Management:
Overseeing the sales pipeline, ensuring leads are properly qualified and nurtured throughout the sales process.
Customer Relationship Management:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, addressing customer concerns, and fostering customer loyalty.
Budget Management:
Managing sales budget allocations, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
Reporting and Analysis:
Providing regular sales reports to senior management, including insights on market trends, competitor analysis, and sales performance metrics.
