POST: FURNITURE DRAFTSMAN

 

Experience Required: 2-3 years

Salary Range: 3-4 LPA

Qualification Required: Furniture / Interior Technical course

 

Job Description

1. Prepare detail drawing of product and engineering design from sketches and specifications.

2. Collaborate with projects, engineers and other professionals to incorporate design requirements into drawings.

3. Review and revise drawings to meet project specifications and standards.

4. Use Computer-aided Design (CAD) software to create and modify drawings.

5. Ensure that drawings are accurate, detailed and contain all necessary information for manufacturing.

6. Site measurement and detail drawing required for the installation at site.

7. Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the manufacturing process.

8. Manage documentation and filing system for drawing and project records.

9. Conduct site visits to gather data and verify design specifications are being met.

10. Communicate effectively with Project managers, Design, clients and other stakeholders.
