Job Title: Fresher Electrical Engineer Renewable Energy Projects Location: Pune Job Type: Full-Time Department: Engineering / Project Execution Reporting to: Project Manager / Senior Engineer Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Engineer (Fresher) to join our Renewable Energy division. You will support project execution, planning, design reviews, and commissioning activities for solar (rooftop/ground-mounted) or wind energy projects. Key Responsibilities: Assist in electrical design, layout, and drawings for renewable energy projects (solar/wind). Support the installation and commissioning of solar PV systems, inverters, transformers, switchgear, and cabling. Prepare basic SLDs, BOQs, and technical specifications under supervision. Conduct site surveys, load calculations, and energy generation estimates. Assist in preparing technical documentation, reports, and project progress updates. Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and contractors during execution. Ensure safety compliance and quality standards at project sites. Learn and follow applicable codes (IS/IEC/NEC) and standards. Eligibility Criteria: Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering (2023/2024 pass-out preferred). Experience: 01 years (Internships in solar/wind energy will be a plus). Software Skills: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, PVsyst, or Helioscope (preferred). Desired Skills: Basic understanding of electrical systems, renewable energy components, and safety protocols. Good communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to travel and work at project sites across locations. Eagerness to learn and grow in the renewable energy sector.
