We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Support Executive International Voice Process for a reputed BPO company based in Noida.

Job Title: International Voice Process Customer Support
Location: Noida (Work from Office)
Shift: Night Shift / Rotational Shifts (as per client requirement)
Experience: 0to3 years (Freshers with excellent English may apply)
Process: International Voice (Inbound / Outbound )
Salary: 22,000 to 25,000/month (based on experience)
Working Days: 6 days a week
Qualification: Minimum Graduate
Communication: Excellent English speaking skills required


Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries and complaints via phone.
Resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Maintain quality and accuracy in customer service.
Follow communication scripts and adhere to company policies.
