Job Description

Title: Senior QA Lead/Manager Location: Noida Experience: 10-12 years Client : Mulberri Note: Lead / Manager experience is mandatory Job Description Minimum of 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) Hands-on testing both manual and automation Strong verbal and written communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with both onshore and offshore teams Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address and resolve issues that arise during the QA process Demonstrated people skills to motivate, mentor, and manage a team, and collaborate with teams from different functions (Engineering, Product/Business, etc.) Persistent with a no give up attitude towards challenges and obstacles Flexible and capable of managing changing priorities and requirements in a fast-paced environment; experience in a startup is a plus Proficiency in relevant QA tools and methodologies; experience in automation is a plus,
