Job Description

    Job Title: Sales/Back Office Coordinator

    Location: HO at Malad
    Working Hours: 10am-7pm (Mon to Fri), 10am-3pm (Sat)

    Salary: Approximately 300,000 INR per annum

    Responsibilities:
    - Manage emails, prioritize orders, and handle inquiries promptly.
    - Coordinate orders, generate quotes, and oversee contract preparation.
    - Communicate with buyers, handle queries, and follow up on feedback.
    - Coordinate suppliers, ensure compliance, and manage administrative tasks.

    Requirements:
    - Experience in sales coordination & or back-office roles.
    - Strong organization and communication skills.
    - Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
    - Good English Communication
